Creating Your Own Shop

How do I setup my own shop?

If you want to setup your own web shop, click here to get started. Our website will guide you through the process of setting up the shop and adding designs to your shop. Email us at business@g2ohcustom.com if you have any questions.

How are the prices in my shop determined?

Price is deteremined primarily by the product you select, the number of print locations you add to the product, and the amount you add to the markup. This information is shown to you as you create the product. 

How do I get paid?

Via Paypal. Once you setup your shop, you add your Paypal info to your account. At the end of each month, you will receive your profits via Paypal.

How do I change my URL?

In your account, go to "Website Settings." Under "Store Configuration" click on "Edit Domain Name." Follow the instructions there to change the domain name of your shop. Please email us at chiefnerd@g2ohcustom.com with any questions. 

How do I edit the look of my shop?

We have provided a template called "Gym Template." Please select this template for your shop further than this, we suggest hiring a designer to do so.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?

Unworn / unwashed items may be exchanged for another item using the following instructions. Send your unworn / unwashed items to us at:

Include a note (or, ideally, write on the packing slip and include that) with the following information:

  1. The order number, or the name or email address of the purchaser.
  2. What shirts & sizes (don't forget to say whether you want men's or women's sizes) you want in exchange. You may also exchange for a different design.
  3. Sizes available are girl's (women's) Small thru XL & guy's (men's) Small thru 2XL. The men's XXL is $1.00 extra, other than that, shirts are exchanged shirt for shirt, no matter what you paid for them and how much they are on the website now.
  4. The address you would like your new shirts shipped to.
  5. The exchange fee (which covers re-stocking, processing the return and return shipping). Exchange fees are as follows: Domestic (USA & Canada) one shirt is $4.50, 2 shirts $5.00, 3 shirts are $6.60, then add $1 for each additional item. International: one shirt is $8.00, 2 shirts $10.00, 3 shirts are $12.00, then add $1 per additional item.  Please send cash (exact change only please, no difference can be returned), check or money order payable to “G2OH”, or a credit card number and expiration date.  Failure to send exchange fee payment will delay your return. Cash, checks and money orders in US Dollars only please.
  6. Lastly, if the shirt was a gift, and you do not want the original purchaser notified of the exchange, write “no email” on the packing slip and we will make sure they do not get any email notifications concerning the exchange.

How do I return a shirt I purchased?

If you are unhappy with your shirt for some reason, we recommend you email us before returning and see if we can fix your problem. Unworn / unwashed items may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 90 days. The refund will be given through the original method of payment. We cannot send cash refunds. It will go back onto the credit card or into the Paypal account that placed the order. If you want to send a return, please mail unworn / unwashed items to us at:

  2. Please list the item(s) you are returning, and write “return for refund.”

I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.

If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at orders@g2oh.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.


Payment & Shipping

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card or paypal. If you're a caveman (or cave lady) without a credit card or Paypal and would like to pay via cash, check, or money order, contact orders@g2oh.com for info on alternate payment methods. Sorry, we don't accept orders over the phone.


How quickly will I get my order?

Order are printed 1 to 2 business days of when they are placed, and then ship out via the shipping method you select. You will be able to choose what delivery time frame works for you during the checkout process. The shipping methods are in the shipping table below this.


What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?

We ship via the United States Postal Service for domestic orders and a shipping consolidator for international orders. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price.

Please note: International First Class Shipping is only available for orders under 4 pounds in weight. If you have a large international order that is over 4 pounds, your only shipping option will be Priority International. In that case, it may be cheaper to separate your order into two orders that can ship via International First Class.

How do I track my package?

First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated until the day your shirt is delivered, and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox.

Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order.

For international orders you are given the custom's form number which cannot be used to track the package. Sorry!


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please email us at orders@g2oh.com with your location and we will get it fixed.


Attention International Buyers

Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with G2OH, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.


Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.


Print / Product Quality

What is the print quality like?

It's freakin' awesome! We use premium DTG printers, as well as screen printers when appropriate, to provide the best print quality available. Most of our shirts are printed on demand using our top of the line DTG printers. These printers give us the unique ability to make custom apparel with no minimum volume, while at the same time offering amazing quality. We may also screen print some products when that makes sense.

Do you use nice shirts?

Yes! We find and use the best material for athletes, always seeking to get the best comfort, performance, and durability for you, the athlete. Our products stretch and move with you, look awesome, feel amazing, and take a pounding through workout after workout.


Design & Modeling

I have a great idea for a shirt! Do you want to buy it?

If you have a good shirt idea, send it to ideas@g2oh.com, and if we want to make it we will pay you $50 and give you 5,000 G2OH Points worth $50.00 in G2OH Merchandise.  Feel free to include multiple ideas in one email.


I am a designer, are you hiring?

Ordering

How can I make a change to my order?

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at orders@g2oh.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.


Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email orders@g2oh.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.


Do your shirts ever go on backorder?

We keep all our other shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the shirt back in stock within a week. If your order contains one or more shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the shirts are in stock.


What name will appear on my credit card bill?

The name on your credit card bill will be G2OH.COM, or DIGITAL BASEMENT, LLC. Digital Basement LLC is the legal name of our company.


Do you sell shirts wholesale?

Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at wholesale@g2oh.com. Please include your contact information, what store you are purchasing for, and a valid employer ID number.

Trans
